    Becoming a seller is simple. Download the shopX app, tap “Become a Seller”, and complete the onboarding process. You’ll need a valid South African ID, proof of address, and bank account details. Our team reviews applications within 48 hours.

    We currently deliver to all nine provinces of South Africa, with same-day and next-day options available in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, and Durban. We’re continuously expanding our logistics network to reach more areas faster.

    shopX charges a competitive commission on each sale — no monthly subscription, no listing fees, no hidden costs. You only pay when you sell. Contact our seller support team for detailed fee structures based on your product category.

    Buyers can return items within 7 days of delivery if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described. We facilitate the return process through the app, and refunds are processed within 5 business days of the item being received back.
